So Much Love ... An Engagement Photography Story

Not just a photographer, but as a person, you know that you will either click with someone, or you won't.  I did not meet Tom until the day of the engagement shoot, so I was a little nervous, well really nervous, not knowing what to expect.  But from the moment I met her at the wedding consultation, I started to become very excited to photograph Kelsie's engagement session and wedding. It became clear within first couple of photographs that they would be featured on the blog.

Little snickers here and smiles there,
and is so much love and romance in this couple.

The teasing that I captured from across the pond,
preparing for the next two shot ...

It was turning out to be a beautiful session and it was just the first location, there are two more to go! Next location was the covered bridge, and I presume, Tom's favorite!  Oh, and I forgot to mention, he loves pictures!

By the second location, the two were even more relaxed ... I had never experienced the perfect photographic couple until now!

They were willing to pose any way I asked and giggled when I put them in awkward poses.  We had a blast, and did I mention their love for one another?
They were so sweet!

It was almost time to head to the final location, and was so glad that they were up for anything.  I wanted to kick up the romance a notch, and they were all for it!

A friend of Tom's had commented that the picture (above right) as "winning!!!"
I couldn't agree more, never thought about the pose that way, and giggled!
From here we visited our last location ...

Had some fun in the field with the blazing sun starting to shine down on us.  Thank you shady tree for allowing us to grab a few more great shots!

and of course we wrap it up with a pictures that include the ring
 ... gotta have the ring!

It was an sublime morning with an amazing beautiful couple.  I cannot wait to photograph their special day 04.16.16, stay tuned in to view the beginning of the rest of their lives as husband and wife!  I am truly blessed not only to be photographing this couple, but to have met this couple.  They are a reminder through action of what true love is.

“Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Love is never boastful or conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It does not take offense and is not resentful. Love takes no pleasure in other people’s sins, but delights in the truth. It is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes.”
